Even though I returned from Bermuda at the end of March, I figured with the sunshine we're finally seeing here that it was time to post some fitting pictures.
I miss living there- such a small island where you knew all the people on the streets, and got around on a moped in the tropical weather.
This beach, Elbow Beach, was only about 2 blocks from my home.. it was perfect for wandering after work or having breakfast at on the weekends..
Even in wintertime, the sun was shining and the water was warm.
I never would have thought to end up in Bermuda on my own, but such is life that little adventures come your way..
The old town of St. George, which is a historic site, had beautiful cobbled streets and a colonial feel to it..
I suffer from a window fetish. I always like to take pictures of dark windows..
Even the quirky lanterns added to the essence of the little town.. which for the most part is empty, where most of the buzz happens in Hamilton.
I could have quite happily lived here for a few years.. who knows, maybe i'll go back someday.
